Dewis Centre for Independent Living is seeking a part-time support worker to assist a child with complex needs in Mountain Ash. You will support outings, personal care, and daily routines, ensuring safety and promoting independence. A driver with business-class insurance is required for some shifts.

Mileage is paid for journeys, with a monthly wage and holiday pay. This role involves a DBS check and references; NI number is required to start.

Competenze

• Experience caring for a child with additional needs is required.
• Able to provide safe physical support and supervision.
• Comfortable with a friendly family dog in the home.

Mansioni

• Ensure the child’s safety as a priority during activities.
• Support community access and outings with the child.
