Summary of Key Purposes and Responsibilities: Primary Purpose:- Provide high-level personal assistance to the Group Director, including confidential administrative support, diary management, and communication handling.
- Offer efficient general administrative support to the Capital Projects Team, ensuring adherence to college systems and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities: General College Responsibilities:- Uphold the college's mission, values, and equality policies.
- Engage in professional development and continuous improvement activities.
- Support health and safety practices.
- Contribute flexibly across the college, especially during workload peaks or across sites.
Specific P.A. & Administrative Duties:- Handle the Group Director s schedule, meetings, minutes, and correspondence.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and data accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events and ensure timely communication flow within teams.
General Admin & Data Responsibilities:- Create and manage databases, including contract and financial data.
- Support partnership and apprenticeship administration.
- Liaise with funding bodies and employers to gather accurate project information.
- Produce reports, presentations, and standard documents.
Person Specification (Key Skills & Qualities):- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office; willing to learn tools like Equation Editor.
