Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking an organised Administrator to join the Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care Administrative Team. Fixed term 12 months, full-time 36 hours per week, based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, with Monday–Friday shifts.

Responsibilities include supporting Senior Charge Nurses, Lead Nurse and Service Support Manager, handling day-to-day admin tasks, and helping ensure smooth service operation in a busy, dynamic environment.

Job description

The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Administrative Team within Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care.

This is a busy and dynamic department with a fast-paced working environment. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual who can effectively prioritise their workload, work independently when required, and contribute positively as part of a wider team.

All roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.

Duration, Location, and Working Pattern:

Fixed Term: 12 months, Full-time 36 hours per week

Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday

Base location - Glasgow Royal Infirmary

Key responsibilities:
