NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking an organised Administrative Officer to join the Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care team in Glasgow. You will provide administrative support to senior clinical staff, prioritise a varied workload and help ensure smooth daily operations in a busy environment.
This fixed term, 12-month role offers 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with base location at Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Administrative Team within Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care. This is a busy and dynamic department with a fast-paced working environment. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual who can effectively prioritise their workload, work independently when required, and contribute positively as part of a wider team.
All roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.
Fixed Term: 12 months, Full-time 36 hours per week.
Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday.
Base location - Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
