Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a P6 Planner in Airdrie, Scotland to help a structural steelwork contractor keep programmes aligned with design, procurement, fabrication and installation.

You will use Primavera P6 to build detailed programmes, track milestones, coordinate with project teams and produce progress reports that give a clear delivery picture. This role offers a permanent, full-time position in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Experience using Primavera P6 in a project-led environment.
• Experience in planning within construction/engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience developing project programmes and carrying out critical path analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and programme reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed project programmes covering design, procurement, fabrication, delivery and site installation.
• Track progress against key milestones, identifying critical path issues before they become bigger problems.
• Coordinate programme activities with project management, engineering, production and site teams.
• Produce progress reports, look-ahead schedules and programme updates for stakeholders.
• Identify risks, assess delays and develop recovery plans to bring programmes back on track.
• Support project meetings, delay analysis and contractual programme submissions where required.
