FRS Limited recrute un Administrateur de Paie pour un petit cabinet comptable situé à Stratford-upon-Avon. Ce poste nécessite une expérience préalable dans le traitement des salaires pour plusieurs clients et implique des responsabilités importantes comme les déductions fiscales et les déclarations annuelles. Le candidat retenu travaillera 20 heures par semaine et fera partie d'une équipe dédiée à la gestion des paies.

Qualifications

  • Expérience antérieure dans un cabinet comptable.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs clients pour le traitement des salaires.
  • Connaissance des déductions législatives requises.

Responsibilities

  • Préparation et administration des paies hebdomadaires, bihebdomadaires et mensuelles.
  • Gestion des soumissions RTI conformément aux réglementations de HMRC.
  • Préparer et soumettre les déclarations P11d annuelles.

Job description

FRS are recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a small Accountancy Practice based in Stratford upon Avon. The business are looking for someone to work 20 hours per week.

This role will sit within the firms payroll team & be responsible for a the timely & accurate processing of a portfolio of client across weekly, fortnightly & monthly payroll runs. Suitable candidate must have worked within an Accountancy Practice previously and used to a multi-client payroll.

Duties Will Include:
* Preparation and administration of weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly payrolls.
* Distribution of online payslips and documentation.
* Administration of PAYE, National Insurance deductions based on individual allowances.
* Mandatory deductions of student loans, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, court orders and other legislative responsibilities.
* Year-end RTI submissions plus submission of annual reporting and tasks including final full payment summary (FPS). Production of employee P60 forms.
* Ensuring all RTI submissions are sent in accordance with HMRC regulations.
* Prepare and submit P11d benefits and expenses yearly returns
* Dealing with HMRC
* Integrate payroll journal information
