Bayer in Reading (Hybrid Working) is seeking an experienced Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Lead to shape patient-centred evidence strategies across our clinical development portfolio.

You will lead the development and implementation of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) strategies, including PROs, ClinROs, PerfOs, and other patient-centred measures that support regulatory, market access and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Health Outcomes Research with COA/PROs
• Strong understanding of COA methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Experience working across global cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of global COA strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Digital Health, Market Access and Product Teams to select COA approaches.
• Oversee end-to-end COA projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide expertise on regulatory requirements and eCOA implementation.
• Drive interpretation and communication of COA data for regulatory submissions and publications.
• Stay informed on emerging COA methodologies and industry standards.
