• Experience running technically fluent programmes in large infrastructure or platform teams.
• Ability to translate progress, risks and trade-offs into clear reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Fluency with modern programme tooling (Jira, Confluence, GitHub) and lightweight process design.

Responsibilities

• Own programme execution across QSI delivery streams with a clear roadmap and milestones.
• Maintain operating rhythms, align teams, and manage scope when priorities shift.
• Coordinate with Software and Science TPMs to ensure integrated, non-duplicative processes.
