Job summary

IonQ is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to join the Quantum Systems Infrastructure team in Oxford. You will run the central PMO, translating leadership roadmaps into clear plans, milestones and delivery, ensuring alignment across UK and US teams.

You’ll work closely with Software and Science TPMs, maintain lightweight processes with Jira/Confluence/GitHub, and unblock teams while reporting clearly to senior stakeholders in a fast-moving infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-team infrastructure programmes.
• Ability to translate roadmaps into actionable plans.
• Fluent in plain-English reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own programme execution across QSI’s delivery streams with clear milestones.
• Maintain operating rhythm and ensure alignment across teams and time zones.
• Coordinate intake, triage and prioritisation to unblock engineers.
