ADP Architecture Limited’s Oxford studio is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or newly qualified architect to join our team. You’ll contribute towards design development across sectors and help deliver high quality projects from concept to detail.

The role emphasizes coordination, BIM standards, quality management, and adherence to RIBA Plan of Work while contributing to community-focused schemes and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect suitable for Oxford studio.
• Strong design capability with ability to work across sectors (residential, commercial, healthcare, education).
• Experience in coordinating, detailing and delivering projects with BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Producing strong, effective designs with appropriate technical solutions that align with our vision.
• Coordinating and maintaining project information and ensuring its integrity.
• Assisting with project quality management tasks and ensuring adherence to BIM protocols.
• Ensuring work complies with the practice’s BIM standards and change control processes.
• Understanding ADP’s scope of services and participating in design reviews.
• Reviewing designs against the project brief and participating in design reviews.
• Ensuring delivery aligns with the quality management system.
• Maintaining awareness of RIBA Plan of Work and current legislation and sector regulations.
