This role involves supporting project teams in early-stage design and planning submissions, contributing to visualisation and model-making. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio, experience in design-focused studios, and proficiency in key design software including Revit and SketchUp. Qualifications
Part II qualified with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and craft.
Experience in a small or medium-sized, design-focused studio.
Confident in architectural drawing, 3D modelling and physical model-making.
Responsibilities
Support project teams across RIBA Stages 0–2, with exposure to later stages.
Produce high-quality drawings, models and visuals.
Assist with feasibilities, pre-applications and planning submissions.
Create compelling presentation materials for clients and local authorities.
Work collaboratively while developing autonomy and confidence.
