Job summary

Leading Edge Aviation in Oxford is seeking a Multi Engine Flight Instructor to deliver high‑quality flight and simulator training for a growing cohort of students. The role supports both integrated and modular courses under UKCAA and EASA licences, with development pathways for ratings and management progression.

Qualifications

• UK CAA FCL (EASA FCL or EASA FCL900 desirable).
• FI(A) rating, a & b. (FI(A) d, e, g desirable).
• Class 1 medical from related authorities, valid for at least 6 months
• MEP (Land) rating.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, engaging standardised flight training.
• Ensure course standards and objectives are taught properly and in a timely manner.
• Manage student progress and report deficiencies to the CFI.
• Complete non-flying duties including briefing and admin, and supervise students through courses.
• Identify improvements to training standards to enhance safety and quality.
• Monitor aircraft/simulators for airworthiness and training suitability.
• Comply with SOPs and FCOM, and mentor peers.
• Attend duties and instructor development activities as directed.
