Job summary

Leading Edge Aviation in the UK is recruiting an FIC approved Flight Instructor to train and develop our team of Flight Instructors across the UK and Spain.

Based at the Oxford Academy, this full‑time role (37.5 hours) involves delivering high‑quality flight and simulator training, travel to Spain as required, and mentoring staff while maintaining UK CAA and EASA licences; multi‑engine qualification is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• FIC/FII approval required
• UK CAA FCL (EASA FCL or FCL900 desirable)
• FI(A) rating, a & b (FI(A) d, e, g desirable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight instructor training and standardisation for UK and Spain
• Deliver training for initial issue of a flight instructor certificate and upgrades (instrument, night, multi-engine)
• Oversee student progress and report deficiencies to the CFI/HoT
