Qualifications

• Passionate about flight instruction and pilot training.

Responsibilities

• Teach basic flight skills under visual conditions.
• Train students in instrument flying techniques.
• Introduce multi-engine handling in visual conditions.
• Deliver advanced training in procedural instrument flying.
• Supervise and develop instructors, ensuring safety and training standards.
• Oversee safety and student progress as Head of Training.
