Haberdashers' Hatcham College is seeking a tutor to lead its Oxbridge Access Programme for students in Years 11 to 13. The role focuses on guiding applicants through Oxford and Cambridge admissions, EPQ coordination, UCAS support, mentoring and targeted tutoring.

The successful candidate will have a Degree from Oxford or Cambridge University, and must undergo an enhanced DBS check with barred list checks. Visa sponsorship is not available; rights to work in the UK are required.

• Excellent communication and motivation to support students.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Oxbridge Access Programme
• Guide students through Oxford and Cambridge admissions, including personal statements, entrance assessments, interview preparation and application support
• Deliver academic enrichment
• Mentor students in Years 11 to 13
• Coordinate the EPQ programme
• Support students' UCAS applications
• Provide targeted academic tutoring
• Build students' confidence, resilience and academic curiosity
• Help widen access to higher education
