BMW Motorrad Sales Operations in Farnborough, UK offers a placement year starting July 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across fleet operations, sales support, and business administration in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Management or other relevant subject area.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong relationship building and professional customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly tasks to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Fleet management of internal fleets.
• Support in remarketing used ex-fleet vehicles.
• Provide sales reports to senior managers and internal departments.
• Benchmarking and KPI tracking of the retailer network.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc projects and day-to-day tasks.
• SAP administration including retailer payments and internal sundry payments.
• Assist at national brand events.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across fleet operations, sales support, and business administration within a fast‑paced automotive environment. You'll work with a variety of stakeholders, develop valuable analytical and commercial skills, and contribute to key projects that support business performance and customer success.
