Qualifications

• Previous experience as Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor.
• Experience delivering projects across education, healthcare, industrial, commercial and leisure sectors.
• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract and procurement.
• Proven ability to manage valuations and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and financial performance of allocated projects.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cost value reconciliations.
• Manage project budgets, expenditure and cash flow.
• Procure and appoint subcontractors in line with contracts.
