Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking an IMAP HVAC technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance per the IMAP SOW. The role requires coordinating with facility management, securing access to restricted areas, and documenting all PM activities and deficiencies.

The position demands travel overseas, adherence to safety standards, and strong reporting through SRs and BOMs. Training LES and providing knowledge transfer may be required as part of visits.

Qualifications

• Must have formal HVAC journeyman level instruction or a valid Master HVAC License at state level.
• EPA-approved CFC Universal certification for refrigerants.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
• Must travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-visit briefings and liaise with Facility Manager.
• Coordinate access to secure locations and outages.
• Complete PM checks and document findings with comments.
• Identify corrective maintenance items and coordinate parts availability.
• Develop BOM and ensure post-visit reporting with field training.
