Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking an IMAP HVAC technician in the United Kingdom responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the IMAP HVAC scope of work. This position requires significant travel and the ability to maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Qualified candidates should possess formal HVAC training, current EPA CFC certification, and be physically able to perform demanding tasks. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement plans, will be offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved/accredited or military program that provided formal HVAC Journeyman level instruction.
• Current EPA-approved CFC Universal certification for high and low-pressure refrigerants.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Assist in coordinating access to secure locations.
• Document all findings and report any deficiencies.

Skills

Proficiency in HVAC systems

Familiarity with ASHRAE regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

State-level Master HVAC License

Graduate of accredited HVAC program
