Job summary

British International Investment in London seeks an experienced finance professional to join the Overseas Finance Team. You will handle real-time bookkeeping for overseas entities and UK holdings, manage month-end closes, VAT/WHT compliance and IFRS reporting for a portfolio of entities.

You will collaborate with a 6-person Overseas Finance Team, support statutory financial statements, ensure strong financial controls and drive process improvements for automated reporting across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Must have bookkeeping and financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of VAT & WHT in overseas jurisdictions.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping for overseas entities and UK holding companies.
• Manage month/quarter/year-end close and reporting.
• Prepare VAT and WHT returns and payments.
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements under IFRS.
• Support audit requests and maintain document filing for audit.
