Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker for Trevone House in Gloucester to support care leavers during night shifts. You will monitor wellbeing, respond to incidents, and maintain records to ensure a safe overnight environment.

Experience in care or related roles is essential, and a full UK driving licence is preferred. This role offers opportunities to support vulnerable young people and help them build independence through a structured night-time schedule.

Qualifications
