Asda Hartlepool is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team, ensuring best availability and high shop floor standards while the store operates 24 hours. You will drive nightly trading activities, manage deliveries and stock, and maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
• Strong customer service focus and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute a rolling night shift pattern and hand over effectively to the day team.
