Job summary

You will support staff development, maintain records, and drive Crisis Intervention with a trauma-informed care approach, including flexible hours as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in social work, shelter operations or related field
• 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain records

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and develop a team of shelter staff.
• Provide mentorship and role modeling for staff.
• Ensure overnight shelter coverage and accurate timesheets.
• Maintain daily shelter records and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with management and community partners to support participants.
