Job summary

The Priory Retirement Village is seeking reliable Bank Night Supervisors to cover overnight periods during leave and sickness, ensuring resident safety and wellbeing. You will work independently within a supportive team, responding to emergencies and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment across the village.

Role involves monitoring CCTV, leading calm responses, and reporting incidents while adhering to village procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.
• First Aid, CPR and AED certification is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible overnight presence across the village.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct security patrols of building and grounds.
• Record and report incidents, damage or maintenance issues.
• Act as first responder to resident call bells and emergencies.
• Promote welfare and safety of residents and colleagues overnight.
• Adhere to health and safety, fire and resident welfare procedures.
