Resicare Alliance Children's Care is seeking a Waking Night Residential Support Worker to provide overnight care and safeguarding for children in our residential home. You will be the constant, reassuring presence through the night, helping children feel safe, secure and supported until morning.

Key duties include staying awake, conducting welfare checks, supporting children during the night, responding to safeguarding concerns, and maintaining a calm night-time environment.

Qualifications

• Overnight care experience or understanding of safeguarding preferred.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain safety.

Responsabilités

• Night Care & Supervision: Remaining awake and alert throughout your shift; carrying out regular welfare checks; supporting children who wake during the night; maintaining a calm and safe night-time environment; supporting bedtime and morning routines.
