Job summary

Your Care (North West) Limited is seeking compassionate Waking Night Support Workers to provide overnight care for children with complex needs in Preston. You will work within a supportive team to ensure safety, wellbeing and comfort throughout the night.

Responsibilities include direct overnight care, welfare checks, assisting with personal care, administering medication when needed, recording night reports, and contributing to a trauma-informed, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or childcare is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to challenging situations.
• IT proficiency for record keeping.
