Qualifications

• Candidate must have lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery.
• Ability to share recovery experience appropriately to inspire hope.
• Experience in mental health, health and social care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to individuals in crisis.
• Build positive relationships with service users.
• Undertake triage and risk assessments to determine needs.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and work with partners to ensure outcomes.
