Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client at home in Upper Beeding. The role covers overnight shifts with epilepsy management, gastrostomy feeding, and round-the-clock safety checks, working closely with the family to deliver person-centred care.

No complex-care experience is required; full training and induction are provided, plus clear career progression within the care team.

Qualifications

• Overnight support for a child with epilepsy and gastrostomy feeding.
• Strong communication with family and care team.
• Caring approach to complex paediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide waking night support from 20:30 to 08:30.
• Monitor seizures and manage gastrostomy feeding.
• Observe and document client wellbeing throughout the night.
