Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group in Upper Beeding is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client at his family home overnight. You will work with his mum and dad to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care, including epilepsy management, gastrostomy feeding and monitoring during the night.

No prior complex care experience is required; full training and paid induction are provided.

Qualifications

• You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role.
• Experience with children would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Overnight support including gastrostomy feeding and seizure monitoring.
• Carrying out regular night-time observations to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Strong communication and a caring nature; experience with children with complex needs is a plus.
