Job summary

Brainkind is seeking a compassionate Night Rehabilitation Support Worker to join the team at Kerwin Court in Horsham. You will provide personalised overnight support, helping adults living with acquired brain injuries to maintain independence and progress toward rehabilitation goals.

No prior experience in care is required. A full manual UK driving licence is essential, with training provided for medication administration and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

No previous care experience required.
Full manual UK driving licence – essential.
Willingness to undertake training in medication administration.
Able to work a four-week rolling rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised overnight support promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Support adults with brain injuries to maintain independence and rehabilitation progress.
Encourage daily living skills and personal care during night hours.
Offer emotional support and reassurance while monitoring wellbeing.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for consistent, person-centred care.
