Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Commis Chef for our Juice Production team in Knightsbridge, to produce fresh juices overnight for the Food Halls. You will prepare ingredients, bottle, label and deliver finished products to meet Harrods’ exacting quality and food safety standards.

Working 9pm–6am, five nights out of seven, you will operate juicers and blenders, follow approved recipes, maintain records and stock rotation, and hand over to the daytime team.

Qualifications

• Dependable and well-organised with the ability to work autonomously.
• Able to follow recipes precisely and maintain food-safety procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail when labelling, recording and reporting.
• Capable of working at pace in a fast-moving kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fruit according to approved recipes and daily production needs.
• Safely operate and clean commercial juicers and blenders.
• Bottle, seal and label finished juices with required product information.
• Complete production and food-safety records and manage stock rotation.
• Report shortages, faults and quality concerns and hand over to the daytime team.
