Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Commis Chef for our Production Kitchens to work alongside our skilled chefs, helping create exceptional dishes and products for our restaurants and Food Halls, reflecting Harrods' quality and attention to detail.

In this role you will prepare and organise ingredients, rotate stock, label items, and ensure food safety and hygiene across outlets, reporting to the Chef de Partie and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and passion for food and drink.
• Experience in a 5* hotel or high-end restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong time-management, customer focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise ingredients and keep the kitchen clean.
• Organise stock, rotate stock and label food for own section.
• Ensure Food Safety standards and high hygiene throughout outlets.
• Report to Chef de Partie and support the kitchen operations.
