Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces for weddings, conferences and special occasions.
• Assist guests with late check-ins and check-outs.
• Carry out regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel.
• Assist with luggage, deliveries and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide bar service during the night shift in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete night audit procedures and balance daily financial records.
• Report maintenance issues, incidents or security concerns.
• Support other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
