Atlas Hotels is hiring a Nights Supervisor for the Holiday Inn Express Inverness. The role offers 40 hours per week across 5 days and pays £14.05 per hour. You will lead a friendly, guest-focused team and may rotate across reception, bar, kitchen, and meeting room setup as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer service setting.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm Atlas welcome to guests and new staff.
• Ensure team members are in the right place and coached.
• Be the go-to person when Nights Team Leader is absent.
• Handle night duties including check-ins, bar service (18+), and breakfast prep.
• Carry out night audits and corridor checks to keep guests safe.
