Atlas Hotels is hiring a Nights Supervisor at the Holiday Inn Express Lichfield. You will lead a night team, ensuring guests are welcomed and cared for, while guiding team performance and night audits.

Work 32 hours across 4 days with a £14.05 per hour wage. The role includes night-time safety checks and potential bar/kitchen duties (18+). Atlas Hotels offers strong benefits and career development within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer service environment.
• Hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• 18+ for bar service and food service.

Responsibilities

• Provide Atlas welcome to guests and new employees.
• Lead and coach Nights Team Members; be the point of contact in absence of Team Leader.
• Oversee night audits and corridor checks for safety.
• Assist with reception check-ins/outs, bar service (18+), and breakfast prep setup.
