Job summary

BUZZ Bingo is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Tooting Club on an overnight 10pm–7am shift. The role offers a 16–20 hour contract with an additional £1.50 per hour for midnight-6am. You’ll provide friendly, first‑class service, build rapport with customers and help keep the club safe and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality or retail, strong communication, and cash-handling skills. The role includes training, staff discounts, pension and life assurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in person.
• Outstanding communication skills adaptable to situations.
• Experience handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge.
• Willingness to challenge the way things are done to uphold policies and standards.
• Applicants must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible across all areas of the Club from front of house to book sales, treasury, machines, bar and kitchen, including housekeeping.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Help maintain a Safer Gambling environment across all channels.
