Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Southampton's Lordshill Club is hiring a Customer Assistant on a 20-hour contract, including evenings and weekends. You’ll deliver exceptional, personal service to customers and help with front-of-house, sales, treasury, machines, bar and kitchen tasks, while maintaining club presentation.

You’ll join a team focused on safety and customer care, with wellbeing benefits, training and rewards as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service face-to-face.
• Ability to handle cash and basic numeracy with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to different situations.
• Willingness to be flexible across tasks in a hospitality/retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house to other duties.
• Support with duties as requested by the line manager.
• Contribute to a safe gambling environment across all channels.
