Job summary

CCH Group is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant to provide overnight support for a lady with complex needs in her family home in Bognor Regis. You will deliver calm, respectful, and attentive care to ensure comfort, safety, and wellbeing through the night.

Experience in complex care is desirable, but kindness, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential. Full training and paid induction are provided, with DBS check offered and opportunities for career growth within CCH.

Qualifications

• PEG feeding experience is advantageous
• Ventilation support (C-Pap) knowledge is advantageous
• Catheter care and bowel management familiarity
• Medication administration experience is beneficial
• Moving & handling equipment understanding is beneficial
• Experience with challenging behaviour is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for a lady with complex needs in her family home.
• Deliver calm, respectful, and attentive care to ensure comfort and safety during the night.
• Assist with personal care, food preparation, medication administration, and social activities.
