Agincare is opening a brand-new, not-for-profit Children's Residential Home in Wimborne, Dorset. We seek caring, dependable staff to join the founding team and support up to three children in a safe, nurturing environment.

Role offers Waking Nights 10:00pm–8:00am, enhanced DBS, pension, and development opportunities. Prior experience is welcome but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with children and young people.
• Support evening, bedtime and settling routines.
• Promote independence and life skills development.
• Work with colleagues to provide a safe, nurturing environment.
• Support care plans, routines and risk assessments (full training provided).
• Monitor wellbeing during the night and perform hourly welfare checks.
• Carry out light domestic duties to maintain a welcoming home.
