Job summary

Hightown Housing Association at Cressex Road, High Wycombe, is seeking a Waking Night Project Worker. This part-time role (18 hours/week) offers £12,588 per annum and works overnight in a supported living home for six adults aged 34-91.

The successful candidate will provide care, ensure safety, maintain records and support residents to live as independently as possible while collaborating with a caring team.

Qualifications

• You are caring, reliable and proactive, with the ability to adapt to different needs and communicate well with others.
• Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity.
• Offer emotional support and respond to crises.
• Administer medication and complete light household tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure.
• Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs.
