Fletcher Way in Hemel Hempstead seeks a Female Waking Night Project Worker to support adults with disabilities in a modern supported living service. You will provide overnight care, monitor wellbeing, administer medication where required and maintain records.

The role involves 4 waking night shifts over a two-week rolling rota from 20:15 to 07:45, with weekends and bank holidays included. A caring, patient approach and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and compassionate approach with residents.
• Willingness to undertake a care qualification if not held.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential.

Responsibilities
