Job summary

The Hingham Bakery in King’s Lynn area is seeking an experienced night baker to join their busy team. You will work the night shift, roughly 10/11pm to 6am, and be responsible for preparing and baking a core range of breads, morning goods, and specialty items.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years bakery experience, familiarity with mixers, doughs, provers and ovens, and are reliable and able to work solo or in a small team. A food hygiene certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bakery experience
• Able to work night shifts (late evenings to early mornings)
• Reliable and tidy, capable of working solo or in a small team
• Food hygiene certificate preferred or equivalent good practice

Responsibilities

• Mix, mould, shape and bake core breads and speciality breads
• Operate mixers, provers and ovens to production standards
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety practices during night shifts
