Job summary

The Hingham Bakery in King’s Lynn area is seeking an experienced night baker to join their busy team. You will work the night shift, roughly 10/11pm to 6am, and be responsible for preparing and baking a core range of breads, morning goods, and specialty items.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years bakery experience, familiarity with mixers, doughs, provers and ovens, and are reliable and able to work solo or in a small team. A food hygiene certificate is preferred.

We’re recruiting for an experienced night baker to join our busy bakery. Hours would be between 10pm/11pm - 6am.

The role

Night bread baker. You’ll be mixing, moulding, shaping and baking our core range of breads, speciality breads, morning goods and other bakery items.

You’ll need

• Proven solid bakery experience, ideally 2+ years
• Confident with mixers, doughs, provers, ovens etc
• Reliable, tidy and able to work solo and/or in a small but busy team environment
• Food hygiene certificate preferred
