Job summary

Omexom in the United Kingdom seeks a Site Manager to lead overhead line construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects. You will supervise site teams and subcontractors to deliver work safely, on programme, and to client specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in overhead line construction and OHL safety standards.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, environment and quality aspects.
• Willingness to travel and stay away on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health, Safety & Environmental culture on site.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of OHL projects, co-ordinating labour, plant and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and supervision to site teams, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain positive client, landowner and stakeholder relationships.
• Support project teams in managing costs, resources and change control.
• Maintain accurate site records, diaries and project documentation.
