Job summary

The Clancy Group is seeking an experienced Overhead Lines Construction Manager to lead the delivery of overhead line projects across the Cambridgeshire region in the UK. You will be onsite, managing supervisors, site teams and sub-contractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.

Ideal candidates will have extensive overhead line construction experience with a DNO, a solid technical understanding of LV/HV works, and a proven track record of maintaining

Qualifications

Significant experience delivering overhead line construction projects within a DNO environment.
Strong technical understanding of LV, HV and overhead line construction practices.
Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of overhead line construction projects across UKPN network.
Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources.
Promote a strong safety culture through site visits and audits.
Plan works and ensure projects are delivered on programme.
Build relationships with UK Power Networks and key stakeholders.
Monitor quality, productivity and commercial performance.
Support project planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
Coach and develop operational teams.
