Job summary

The role requires experience in power, utilities or infrastructure projects, strong safety culture, and excellent stakeholder engagement. The position is site-based with regular travel and permanent, full-time status.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading construction teams in power/utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering overhead line or critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overhead line construction across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources for safe, efficient delivery.
• Drive programme performance to meet milestones and client expectations.
• Coordinate outage planning and network access with stakeholders.
• Review construction programmes, work packs, permits, and risk management.
