Konecranes Demag UK Ltd invites applications for an electrically qualified Crane Service Engineer based in Liverpool, Warrington or Manchester. The role covers maintenance, repair and upgrade of overhead cranes, with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will be on a 39-hour week, with paid overtime and weekend double time, travel time, and a company van. Full benefits include pension, life assurance, and share save schemes.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained or equivalent with electrical engineering training.
• Mechanical knowledge is required.
• Experience with overhead cranes/hoists or maintaining equipment in industrial environments.
• Hold a current driving licence.
• Willingness to work on-call with enhanced premium.
• Ability to work at height and observe health & safety.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric overhead travelling cranes.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
• Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues.
• Complete documentation via mobile device.
