Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting an Overhead Crane Operator for its client in Wolverhampton. You will work on 3 rotating weekly shifts (5:45-14:00; 13:45-22:00; 21:45-06:00) with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour.

Duties include operating an overhead crane, handling various machinery, bundling and packaging products, performing quality checks, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work area while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/production experience desirable.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead crane safely and efficiently as part of daily duties.
• Operate a variety of production and manufacturing machinery.
• Hand bundle and package finished products to customer specifications.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support other departments when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively
