Do you have excellent customer care skills and an understanding of housing management and safeguarding?
We’re looking for a LiveSmart Manager to provide a professional, resident-focused management service within our Over 55s housing schemes.
As a LiveSmart Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, helping with a range of tenancy-related housing management matters, while helping to ensure residents feel safe, secure and well cared for in their homes.
You’ll be responsible for managing access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, acting as a key-holder and maintaining the security of communal areas and facilities. You’ll also respond to emergencies, identify and elevate safeguarding concerns, and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective services to residents.
We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, well organised, flexible and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You’ll have good IT skills and ideally experience in housing, facilities or building management, with an understanding of tenancy management and safeguarding.
