Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in Bromley. The role involves inspecting and cleaning communal areas to ensure estates are kept clean and hazard-free, with high standards maintained.

You will be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas, and you will perform health and safety checks. We offer a permanent contract with a 40-hour working week and flexible options where possible.
